Streams and Maynilad Water Services, Inc, one of the concessionaires operating in Metro Manila, has entered into a memorandum of agreement (MOA) which will facilitate access to water service delivery within the urban poor community of Barangay Sipac and Navotas West in Navotas. Under the
said MOA, MWSI will provide Streams with bulk water supply while Streams in partnership with a small water service provider will provide affordable and potable water supply to informal settlers in Barangays Sipac and Navotas West.
