Streams of Knowledge (STREAMS) is an autonomous, self-sustained, recognised and credible leader organisation of resource centres, uniquely positioned locally and globally and effective in capacitating the sector in supporting the development of pro-poor policies for the sustainable implementation of water, sanitation, health and hygiene.

STREAMS global coalition
STREAMS is composed of a growing number of strategically located RCs which are independent formal organizations responsible for their own operations but effectively joined together by its vision, mission, objectives and strategies. The different partners that make up the STREAMS coalition are all uniquely positioned in their respective countries where many, if not all, are directly influential at national level policy making processes and local level capacity building, implementation and fund flows.
